"My biggest complaint is that, in using the 800# service I was told I was getting a non-smoking room, but DID NOT! In fact, I cancelled a reservation at another hotel which was not non-smoking, and booked this, more expensive one, JUST to get a NON-smoking room - I have a 6 year old child, and I have asthma...how hard is it to get a non-smoking room? I'm not happy about this. The hotel itself was "ok" - had an indoor pool, free coffee, close to everything etc.... Thanks."
